Inspired by my training in Goa, India, I have begun illustrating a children’s book on the simple principles of Hatha Yoga. Hatha yoga is the ‘father of yoga’ and provides a strong base to the practice. I have found that by teaching children yoga; I am naturally breaking down the process in a very simple and fun way. I hope to complete this new book this year and share more of the light and joy that yoga provides.
